Can you take the initiative to upload invoices on your own?
I want to sell some things that are categorized as high risk, but I have invoices for them, completely legit. I know that if you were to sell them right away, Ebay would pull them and maybe even suspend your account on the spot. Rather than letting that happen, is there a way where I can upload the docs to them directly? Thanks.

Not that I know of. If you're that comfortable about the item in question though, why not just give Ebay a call to make sure you aren't going to get in trouble?
For the record Ebay does not pull every high risk listing. At any given time there are hundreds of novice sellers selling their name brand cell phone, which is about as high risk as it gets.

Its never an option I have come across. You could phone eBay though just to give them a heads up. At least that way if you run into issues you will be able to point to your previous conversation with them (for what that is worth)

Yea, these items I know for sure will get pulled, almost guarantee it. For the 5/500 accounts, it might even get suspended within 2 hours of listing. I guess I might just have to call in and say hey, I need to upload these documents manually, please help.

Were you thinking of doing it buy it now with multiple quantities or were you thinking of auctions? I was always wondering how some could sell those risky stuff even if it was legit. I mean, once you list it, the account can go down right away, no reports or anything.
