where and how do i upload docs?

So i need to upload docs as ive been hit with the you've received over £1650 etc but all i have is the resolve tab which then asks me to fill out the info form and submit i cant see anywhere to upload any docs ?

what am i doing wrong?

Fill out the form.

When prompted, put in the stealth info. When the electronic check fails for the 2nd time they will provide a link to upload documents.
