Buyer Doesn't Return Correct Item...
 
Long story short....buyer wanted to return an item. Sent something else back instead of the item. I escalated the case to ebay and stated the item that was sent to me wasn't the correct item. Is ebay still going to refund the buyer? My feeling is yes, but I don't know.

Ring action fraud and get a reference number.

Then ring eBay and Paypal and explain what has happened, give them the number. I do this everytime and ALWAYS win. It also protects you from negative feedback.

Once somebody sent back a door knob instead of a £100 electrical item, also take a photo of the weight declared on the packaging label, if your item is a complete different weight this is good evidence.
