Default How can you forcast the date when eBay billing will charge your monthly fees?

is the the 15th? or 23,24? I'm very confused as to when they do this? Those *******s.

well its like this

After you make a certain amount of money they will bill you soooooooo it will be either the 15th or the 1st of the month.

But if you skip a billing cycle.. stop selling or did not sell a certain amount to accumulate fees exceeding $1.00 i believe. Then you might change the billing cycle from the 1st to the 15th or vise versa.
