I tried to sell item, then the winner didn't pay for the item ,after 1 month ebay charge me seller fees for that items, why should I pay that fees????

I think you still have time to do something about it, next to the item right click and go to resolution center and file unpaid sale or file cancel the sale and choose buyer did not pay, if the buyer does not dispute in 4 days they will cancel it and refund the final value fee.

File a "NoN Paying Bidder" Claim like OOMPA said above and Ebay will Refund the Fees when the Claim is Closed,,,

You have 45 days to file the claim so get on it and become all the seller you can be.

I go to Live Chat, and they credit all of my fees, even if i want the buyer to cancel the transaction, when he/she refuses, theres nothing i can do afterwards, so im forced to pay the fees. You go to Live chat, and get them to fix the problem for you, has worked for me plenty of times, you have to get the right person. | The Following User Says Thank You to For This Useful Post: | |
