Unmolested? Hell no. Still surviving, yes. Got at least 3 accounts that are seasoned with well over a year. The rest are anywhere from a year to 6 months. It is almost impossible to not get tagged then have to recalculate your business plan on risk. The bots do not care.

I have 2 legit ebay accounts. One got banned for 12 months and the other had listings removed. The latter has feedback of over 1400.
Sadly i sell digital items so its an uphill struggle for me .

I am unmolested for 5 years now, accidentally became power seller as well lol

agreed- very best idea is to build a website and open an amazon account, don t put all your potatoes in one cart!

I'm reading through the forums and I'm piecing this together as I go. I still don't have a grasp on how y'all have so many accounts. I read the guide, to my understanding this is how it goes:

In this example, you have 12 active selling accounts so you have 12 separate bank accounts that you've opened. That also means you have 12 separate addresses you've used, and 12 phone numbers (maybe 6 you pay and 6 google voice?)

But the SSN verification, how are you bypassing this? When you buy an account on here, do they come SSN verified? Or did you open up 12 LLC's with EIN's that you're able to use instead? Or you've got 12 pals you were able to use their ID's of.

Can y'all confirm that you can verify your paypal with an EIN and not need a SSN?

1 Paypal to 1 Bank account, so in the example, 12 would be required...IF.....the seller is selling on all 12 at the same time, and wants to cash out those 12 paypals.

Right, so every ebay/PP requires a separate address, phone number, VCC...and so on.

Some people never sell over the $20K/200 limit, some convert their accounts to a Business account.

No, that would be Identity Theft, and illegal.

Opening multiple EIN's is best way to go.

I think the problem is that you are overthinking the whole thing. It's best to open 1 stealth, then add more as you go along. Also, just because someone has 12 accounts....doesn't always mean they are selling and cashing out on all 12 at that current time. Some people sell, let some money accumulate and eventually add a bank account.

According to stealth guide [referring to your iP] that's enough. Don't put your old details on paypal. If you list the same items, don't list with the same photos you've used.

My 3rd Etsy was taken down the day after I opened I believe because I put up the same pics as one that was closed.

My ebay and paypal stealth has been running for 12 years thanks to the suspension guide I bought back in the day. The only problem I have had was last July I had two chargebacks at the same time....a first. Paypal asked me for the last four of my social and birthday. I chose the option to answer later. In the meantime, one of my chargebacks closed and I haven't had the question pop up again to give the last four of my social and birthday. Right now I have one chargeback and holding my breath that it closes before another opens.

Thank you RSOT. My other chargeback fell off and all is good again. I just thought it was odd that when you get a second chargeback on paypal they start asking for last four of the SSN and birthdate. That isn't odd but that after one dropped off and it went back to just one chargeback or none I was back to having a normal account and the prompt to answer the security measures never happened again. Thank God. Just thought I would share the good news.

I've been unmolested since I created an account in 2007. I honestly don't know how I've achieved this, maybe I've just been exceptionally lucky. After 4 or so years I even added my old address again and it was still never banned.

I remember back in the day I sold my own written book about specific software. It got removed for copyright violation. my own book. copyright violations. specified it was my own book in the description.

Currently have about 30 accounts, followed the same rules with all of them and have never had an account shut down. I find most people that are running multiple accounts will eventually get more relaxed and make a mistake here or there. Hoping ebay wont notice the vero item, high return rate, no tracking uploaded etc always will come back to bite you. Build it well from the beginning, run it like a normal persons account and you will be fine :)

I see that many sellers have stealth account for years and works great, have many sales and feedbacks but what about when ebay ask for proof of merchandise? Yes ok you can sell legit and original items and also you can have also supplier, but on invoice of supplier will be your/my real name adress, not stealth name and adress, yes you can change by photoshop but ebay can contact directly supplier and ask... how everybody resolve this situation?

What makes you think eBay would contact them? And why would a company randomly give out customers info just bc the person on the phone claims they're from eBay?
