Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item on Item No Longer Listed

Has anyone got a Copyright violation email for items that they are no longer selling and is this normal? I had closed a store and removed all my items listing. After 3 months, I went on the account take a look and I get these items saying they take that does listing etc.

But don't even have the items listed.

Yep, they can do it retroactively.

Make sure you stay well away from that item in the future.

Sounds like an account killer?
