Creat account 2 month ago , decided to sell something , but have seen that my limit is 0 .
What to do ? What is the reason of this limit ?

The 0 selling limit is due to the creation method.

For a US account it's usually due to using Google voice.

As stated in the US accounts this is usually seen if using a GV or other VOIP or overused service.

Calling in can usually get these limits increased. Someone recently posted a thread on getting it done and its not overly difficult to do if you know how to go about it.

You have nothing to lose on calling in on this account. Amount it is raised by will depend on the rep, if you get a rude one, hang up and try again.
