So I've had a couple customers request a return. I accepted and sent the label. It's passed the due date now for them to upload tracking info and I do not have the item, tracking info, or the money released from hold on PayPal.
What do you veterans do about this situation?
It seems there is no disciplinary action taken against the buyer for not returning. Kind of sucks.

There is an option to escalate to ebay after a certain amount of time. Simply state buyer never shipped item back and they have sided with me every time.

In doing this though, doesn't it put a ding on your selling metrics?
It will add a "Couldn't resolve with buyer" case on your metrics won't it?
