I have had a few issues with Italian customers over the years so I am personally very choosey when it comes to who I will sell to over there.
Has the customer who has contacted you given any sort of valid reason why he is unhappy with the product?

He did say actually. He said the product is giving a buzzing noise, that particular product does make a buzzing noise on start up, on the 2nd time of explaining that to him, he had not replied (its been 3 days) we will see how it goes.. hopefully he is not my competitor and leaves me a negative feedback... For me, it's always been the high feedback accounts, the ones that know the system, they are the ones to cause issues.
