Ebay Return, Keep Getting "Technical Error"
 

I am the buyer in this case. Seller sent me the wrong item, so I am returning it. They accepted the return and provided a label via ebay. I printed the label and now when I try to go back into the case on the resolution center to upload the tracking number etc., all I get is an "error" message saying to "try again later" due to "technical difficulties". Well, it's been going on like this for 2 days.

Try a different browser. If that fails, you'll have to call in to add the tracking number via support.

Try clearing cookies and recent history as far back as the problem occurred as well.

Or try logging on with a different computer.

Cleared all cookies, cache, history...still happens. Used two different browsers...still happens. If it is still like this tomorrow, I guess my last resort is to call them and have them manually do it. Didn't know if it was a site wide issue or just isolated.

Usually these issues are site-wide. You could also wait a few more days.

I have that issue all the time, just log out and then log in again.

I had that issue yesterday. Seems to have cleared up on it's own. Definitely site wide tho
