MC011 Need Advice

On Friday just gone I received a mc011 email stating that they require me to send them proof Id, add and purchase invoices to which I sent immediately via fax on the email received it said it can take up to 3 days for documents to be verified however now it's been 5 days and counting does anyone have any idea of how long this takes and should I call them?

I've called them a number of times and all I get is I have to wait and then I told the CS that it says on the email it can take up to 3 days so why is it going over why why why.

Just have to be a bit patient sometimes.

eBay (and PayPal) are both very very bad at sticking to their own time estimates.
