You will usually win such a case, but it won't stop them from leaving negative feedback.
Most of the time somebody from the family brought it in and it's in the house somewhere, forgotten.
If it's happening a lot I'd double check my labels to be sure they aren't printing to light or fading in transit. | Doesn't stop them. No. Nor does it actually mean anything after winning the case. A smart person tho, could open up a return case and ship you back air, and get their money back.
But, another smart person, can call ebay and argue that your buyer clearly didn't ship anything back, because they opened a not received case.
That first smart person can respond with " it finally arrived".
So on and so forth. Just depends on how much time you have to waste. But, feedback isn't one of those bad things that can happen. |
