How do you guys enforce the restocking fee when customer puts in return request
 
As title says, once tracking shows it is here how do I refund 85% of it, assuming it's 15% restocking fee?

If they didn't open a dispute, go to your paypal and deduct the restocking fee.

If they opened a dispute, you can try to offer a partial refund, but honestly, eBay just refund everything.

If the restocking fee applies, eBay typically deducts it for me. If the reason for item not as described the stocking fee cannot be applied.

If it's for "changed mind" or "wrong size" or "didn't fit" then restocking fee can apply

well, typical of Ebay, customer gets everything they wanted...well, almost everything.

I've never had an issue with restocking fees. But you have to specify that in your listing. Then when you accept the return, it shows it minus the restocking fee.

But partial refunds don't get you your FVF back?
