Default How many listings is too much?

I know the suggestion is always to list slowly.

My account is fairly new, only 4 months or so. I've been a seller on eBay for a couple years now and only sold low volume.

But lately, I came across about 20,000 books for a bulk warehouse discount sale.

While I am not crazy enough to list all 20,000 at once, how slowly do you think i should go about listing them? (they're all bestsellers so i'm not afraid the listings will go stale).

I was thinking 1000/month, but that still feels like it'll get me banned.

Anyone here have experience listing high volume somewhat quickly?

1,000 a month......Id go a little lower than that, maybe 200-300 in a month and that might be a lot but I don't sell books so I'm not sure what the risk are in that area.

Yeah, even 100 feels like a lot, but I never list in the Book category, so I'm not sure of the risks. dont wanna lose a brand new account over something stupid, but i also don't wanna list too low, because if i only list 100-200 a month, it'll take me 5-10 years(!!) to list them all
