Yes, generally within 3 months (or sooner) after actively selling on the account while maintaining good selling practices. The closer you get to maxing out the limits each month, the better. However, there is never a guarantee they will increase them.

They will do yes. Its a bit of a guessing game as to when they will get increased sometimes, but its nearly always within the first few months

eBay will email you as soon as you get an increase

Can i leave an account without using it and the selling limits automatically increase ??

I have had it happen before. I had created a 10/1000 and within 10min after creating the account, it increased to 1000/25000. But normally, no, you will need to list to get increases.

Generally listing the max number allowed will help increase your limits.

If you never come close they're less likely to increase.
