Is anyone else having problems leaving feedback?

Last 2 days I cant leave feedback.
I have tried the feedback tab on left side, when I click positive the little box doesnt pop up.
I have tried clicking the item. and leave feedback from their - nada.
I have even logged out and logged back on
any ideas?

( not new acct, over a year old, top rated seller, - this happened in aug last year, and for like a week I couldnt leave feedback.. )

If the account is new then you cannot leave feedback until the account is 5 days old at least.

Otherwise, no clue!

Not new, acct over a year old, and top rate seller status .

Was the listing removed?
If not, then maybe it is just a temporary glitch

Im sure it was a glitch, I have sold about 30 items in last 24 hours and I cant leave any feedback. I can go to the feedback page, and I have an option to hit positive but the little box to write whatever you want doesnt pop up.
Last year happened for a week , ebay couldnt figure it out, it eventually fixed itself.
I was just hoping someone on here knew how to fix it. Thanks again for you help

They are 'upgrading' the site : AKA, making things worse/dumbing it down. I had that on one account today but the others are fine.
