Apple has the term "6s Plus" trademarked just like the terms "Lightning", "Apple", "iPhone", and "Earpods". So putting "6s plus" in a title would be the same in terms of risk as including "iPhone".

There's also no need to list the item as used...

I understand treading carefully but at the same time, scared money don't make no money.

I get where you coming from and I'm not trying to battle with you or say you're completely wrong (I know the ones who have been here a while get a little touchy) but in this instance the best advice to give to the OP is "straight to the point/play it safe". By reading his post he is not yet as experienced as we are. We need to keep it plain, simple, and safe.

If they are Otterboxes, Lifeproof, OEM Apple, or any other major brand, then you would be seriously risking your account.

Otherwise there's nothing risky about listing generic cases. Good luck getting rid of your stock. I got an order of 500 wallet cases a few years ago and I'm STILL trying to get rid of them. Never again will I mess with cases.

The phone cases don't have names written on it but they're​ used for iPhones

Generic means the product does not have a brand name.

Otterboxes and Lifeproof cases are branded phone cases and are therefore not generic.

"Black Wallet Case For 5.5 Inch iPhone 6s 6s Plus USA Seller"

That's an example of a perfectly valid title for a generic phone case listing.

Yep, you're going to have boxes and boxes of generic iphone cases stacked up in your garage for the next twenty years until you just throw them out or give them to a goodwill for the write-off.

Learn a lesson from this, we've all been there.

You can probably sell 1 or 2 a month for the rest of your life without moving them all.

Try to get rid of them on Craigslist, but I've got to tell you that the generic cases are for sale at the dollar store for $1, and there's like 26 trillion of them for sale on EB, they're just not worth the effort.

Or try to sell the entire lot to some other sucker on EB for what you bought them for and get out from under them.

In a year they'll change the phones again and you'll never sell another one of these anyway.
