What country is the account from?
How old is it?
How many transactions on it?
What is this amount sent for? ebay?

well its simple. it got limited because it was the very first payment recieved. Thats the first big nono for new accounts

Yeah, taking a payment gets you limited, gotta agree that doesn't make even the tiniest bit of sense.

Yeah, I am not really getting this logic either. Wouldnt the paypal eventually have to get the first payment at some point? Otherwise, why bother having a paypal?

I have created about 10 new paypal accounts and seven of them get Limited after the first or second payment. I'm using a vps from different companies. I'm using vanilla visa cards. I also use tracfone.

This question is for people that are constantly creating accounts. Has Paypal changed the algorithm? Is there a way around this?

Quit using a VPS. VPS has never been recommended but it seems this is causing one of the issues going around
