Skrill works - takes some time to get people to use it but it works.

Can also read about CCNow (accepts pp) but that takes a lot more effort to convince buyers

All processors must have charge back protection. They need to look after themselves first.

Chargeback is always a buyer option available to them by their credit card company

You could look in to a merchant account from First Data for CC processing. They work great.
