paypal limit me as soon as payment received

I have bought the stealth guide and know what i am doing as regards to opening a paypal account the problem is everytime i open a paypal account and verify it as soon as a buyer pays for a item my account gets made limited, i have tried numerous ways sending money requests, invoices and had the buyer send me payment but each time my accounts get made limited. I don't know if it is to do with that i am in Thailand and only need a vcc to open a account therefore do not have to go through as many checks i just need a solution for this. Do i get the accounts limited then send in all documents for my limitation to be lifted?
Any help or comments on this matter is much appreciated

That usually only happens when more than $500 goes into a new account.

Yes, it is normal if you receive a large amount too soon on a new account.
It happened to me, just forward all the documents they ask and then call them!
They will not make it easy for you....they way they work is slow and unorganised!
Play the stupid when you call them, and ask if they need anything else, don't be afraid to say you don't have something (like some people don't have passports for example)...they will usually ask for alternatives.

Give them what they want and keep in stealth, and you will be fine. :D

I have only got caught twice so far because of stupid mistakes.

My payments are normally 300pounds but i received 200pounds from 1 customer and it still got made limited

200 pounds is about $380 usd, that's a pretty big payment for a new account, you might want to try for something under 100 pounds to get started until you get more established.

so, how if like this? received only $99 but received it until 10times in 1 days... which mean $99 x 10?

it depends on where it comes from, and if the account is very new.
Also what type of account it is (personal, premium, business).
business account is more likely to get limited if you use gmail or yahoo emails.
Best is to go slow and grow gradually as the guide says!
I on my new account I sold quite a few £350 -£400 through ebay the firs week and had a considerable amount in my account relatively fast.
They did not limit me, but I received a check phonecall from paypal.
The guy just chatted with me....he asked me nothing much....
He did tell me though that because the items were sold through ebay, and they know what they are its ok (always keep tracking numbers the guy said)
and that was it!........

Is stealth account is hacked account. If that it is so ... its quite dangerous to use it? Right ?

2 things. you need smaller transactions on new accounts or you will be flagged. I would also make sure your IP is in the same country as your account.

You're just going to make PayPal richer.
