If you're going to go the VPN route be safe and don't be a cheapskate. Get a Dedicated IP. It's going to cost you $10 each account but it's worth it. Trust me.

I use 24vc but ... I have a suspicion that ebay and Amazon already placed their entire block of IPs on a watch list.

IPs have addresses range and since 24vc is using a certain range of IPs it's easily identifiable.

Did you used 24vc before and did you have some problems with their VPN ?

I never said there was a problem per say but as you already know once ebay recognized your IP range your traffic hence exposure is going to be limited. Notice that no 2 accounts are the same. You can have identical amount of feedback , similar selling history and sell exactly the same products but each account will behave differently.

Just to note we do not limit ourselves to a certain range of ips, and we diversify our ranges as much as possible and are constantly adding new ranges and mixing things up, so there should never be a situation where our ranges are known

I have 10 dedicated fresh VPN's with 24vc. work perfectly. and if one of your eBay/PayPal accounts get burned..it's only a $15 fee for a fresh new IP. Highly recommend.
