Default PayPal trouble with designer items
Has anyone else noticed how strict PayPal is getting lately it is it just me ? After 3-4 sales PayPal is asking for id verification and receipts for my items . I am sell designer items . Even after receipts they have shut down 3 accounts for being "high risk "
