So I purchased a VPN. When I opened my browser it was my original IP, then I set up the VPN. If I clear the history for just today and do a little browsing first will I be ok logging into my account?

When you opened your browser, did you go onto eBay's website?

Its only when your on eBay/PayPal's website your IP is potentially being logged (and then recorded when you sign in). I would presume that's the safest way of looking at it.

So long as you didn't go into eBay or PayPal that is fine

Thanks for the quick replies guys! No I didn't log into PayPal or eBay. Just wanted to make sure.

Just make sure your VPN is connected in that case and your set

You may want to get a firewall block in place just incase the VPN connection ever drops
