Re: What are the most sales you have done in a year on a stealth account?
Vette is an accountant, listen to her. She's saying you're going to be getting a 1099K next year, be prepared.
Somebody started a thread the other day, they made 100K and now the IRS is after them and "SURPRISE", they don't have the money to pay the taxes...
You need to plan to pay taxes even if it were only $190.
There's nothing wrong with that total. The profit on it is surely a very nice second income. Certainly there are people here who sell 10X or 20X that, or more.
If you're asking if you can make a living in e-land, the answer is yes.
If you're asking if you're doing well, that depends on many factors not the least of which is your profit margin, but you're doing just fine, and you should be pleased with yourself.
Are you a contender in the 'best of show' dog and pony contest here, no, not really.
But it's a good, solid total, and nothing to be ashamed of, and frankly enough that you should consider dividing it between 2-3-4 stealth, unlinked accounts to protect yourself from EB's whirling policy disaster machine.
Ask yourself this question: 'if I had 4 accounts doing that much every 7 months, would that be nicer than just 1?' and act accordingly. |
