Choose Automatic Payment Method not working
 

was trying to list items say i need to update credit card on file so i did this
and no success

when adding vcc says this

Unable to process Request

Credit or Debit Card Number- Unable to process the information provided.Please contact eBay customer support.

when i try paypal it says this

i try that too. paypal says wait a little bit since i forgot my password maybe try later i had to reset it not sure if that was problem.
