Switching to VPN
 

Really simple question. I've been using "regular" IP addresses for my accounts. If I switch to a service like 24vc after having used these accounts on the old IP for months on end (thereby initiating an IP switch to vpn), will it cause a flag on my account?

That's fine. The best transition would be to use the VPN on the same computer/user account etc. so the cookies are all still in place.

I would just make sure the phone number attached to the email, paypal and ebay is active, just in case they want to do a SMS/Phone verification to make sure your the account holder.

They might detect change and might request phone verifications. Make sure everything is accessible.

You'll be fine as long you as you're still using the same browser. People move. Only looks suspicious if you're trying to login from a new IP and new computer/browser.

Edit: Just for background, I moved last year and was really scared about this because I was running my best account on my home IP. I switched to my new home IP without any issues. It's still a good idea to have the phone used to create the account if possible. If you don't have the phone though you shouldn't have any problems using the same browser. I did not have the phone for my account.
