Default if account has survived first 3 months, what's the guideline for future?

So I have been following the Stealth guideline for new ebay account. It has survived the first 4 months, with 30+ feedback, 96% positive rate.

1)Stock photo
I've been using cell phone crappy photos ever since day 1, is it time now to start using proper stock photos for new products?

2)Bidding vs. Buy it now
Can I start to list some Buy it now listings? How many of buy it now listings compared to the bidding listing?

Any other tips to follow in the future?

1) There's nothing wrong with having stock photos but listings with unique photos in addition to stock photos have historically been more likely to survive in the long-run. Using stock photos of trademarked products can be risky. I've only ever used pictures taken on my iPhone and I've always done fine.

2) There's no reason to start out with auctions so you're perfectly safe if you want to start adding in some Buy It Now listings. Every once in a while I'll start an account with auctions but I usually start accounts off with cheap buy it now listings. There's nothing dangerous about listing buy it now on a new account.

I recommend you work on your feedback. I know 1 negative can really drag you down on a new account but a 96% rating isn't really going to inspire confidence in your customers. Start listing buy it now today and add a few listings daily until you have all of your stuff listed for sale as GTC BIN.

96% is a slow moving ship that's already half sunk.

You've got serious problems unless you hardly sell anything and just have one bad review.

Get your numbers straightened out.
