Glitch? International order tracking # not working?
First off, this isn't a problem on only 1 account. This is an issue with two accounts.
I charge XX for shipping. I paid for shipping and continued processing orders for both accounts. I noticed that these two specific (on two different accounts, different customers) weren't being marked shipped with tracking. I tried to manually add the tracking number and it said that it was already associated with another order and cannot be added.
Maybe just a temp. glitch?
Does anyone know a customer support/bug report link or email address to contact eBay about this? I had to just manually mark them as shipped (without tracking attached) and ship them out.
I stupidly didn't record the tracking # on a piece of paper but I know there's a page that shows all labels purchased but its hard to navigate to.
