The account has been in good standing for just over a year, I am able to access paypal and withdraw money as well.
The payments are not showing on my paypal account, sending an invoice has not helped. I have no e-mails from paypal or ebay indicating my account status has changed at all. Everything on my paypal page looks exactly as it has for months. I even checked to make sure my listings had the correct e-mail for paypal payment.
I have received this notice in the last few months: We'll use your tax ID number to send tax Form 1099-K to you and the IRS if the payments you receive in a calendar year go above both of these levels:
$20,000 USD in gross payment volume for goods or services
200 payments for goods or services
Please provide your tax ID number today. That will help you continue to sell with PayPal and avoid any interruption to your PayPal service.

I am at maybe half of the $20,000 requirement, though I may be at the 200 transaction mark.
Edit: It seems I went over the 200 item mark just about exactly when this issue started occuring. |
