Browsing ebay i found this listing

How can he sell these without his paypal and ebay being banned? He's sold almost 400 of these, how has he not been caught by VERO?

I sold a few of these back in 2013, my account was suspended not sure what he's doing.

Ebay isn't perfect and often times listings fall through the cracks. I am sure that person has had their fair share of ebay accounts getting VERO'd

We're assuming that these keys are all unlicensed/pirated, right? Does that mean its the same code he's sending to everyone?

To answer the question, it looks like a newish listing. August 20th. I'm assuming they priced it very competitively so it's just been selling like hotcakes. People have probably reported it (or maybe not?), but it does take some time for VERO to review each listing. by the time they take this one down, he'll probably have already cashed in a ton of sales.

That said, I do see some blatant offenders on eBay for replica items that even mention they are replica items, and the listings stay up for ages. I mean months. I have no idea how those sellers get away with that.

A friend of mine a long time ago sold keys for a while.. then Microsoft took him to court since he sold keys he got from shady areas, so let's see how this goes.

I don't know everything about it. I can ask, but I'm not going to press him into discussing a touchy subject of the past. The only reason he didn't get ****ed was due to him not being of age. He was still very young at the time

Each was priced @ 20 bucks right? So he sold minimum of 8k in a few days before they took him down. Dang

Ya I seen the $3 ones when i was looking for windows 10 was about to buy it but I seen people talking about viruses with those cheap keys. I just went ahead and paid full price.

1. He aged his accounts slowly.

2. PayPal/Ebay are also country based. ebay.ca or ebay.co.uk care less then ebay.com ... you can easy get high limits on ebay.co.uk (if you are not from England of course... sound fun? you register from romania and you can get 1000/15 000...you register from UK you get max 100/1000UK ... lamo)
ebay.fr is the less strict of all as i know...

ebay.au might also care even less...

This seller is based out of New Jersey. His account is only 4 years old. He does have a lot of feed back, Mainly selling these keys, I'm thinking due to his high rep he goes unnoticed unless reported

You can report him, and you will see nothing will happen. I reported via live chat a few guys who were selling cannabis seeds...that is against EBAY TOS...they simply don't care... unless their system limit you ...

Just remember, karma does go around. If you have time to go through eBay reporting people for whatever justified reason you think you have, you may wanna spend that time
to work on your own business.

Nah, I'm not a bitter person, I didn't/wouldn't report him, If he's getting away with it more power to him. Just seems hard to believe he hasn't been caught by eBay. But hey, hes providing a good service for those that custom build so hope he sticks around.

I repeat. It is all automatically. If he have good feedback , a low charge-back rate, he can easy sell digital things like crazy without a problem.

The only thing PayPal/Ebay care is to not loose money.
