Not worth the risk. If getting a pool of new IP's is what you're after, you're probably better off with mobile broadband (i.e. phone tether), dialup, or a cable dhcp pool as long as you know how to force your modem/router to fetch you a new IP.

It's not a stealth account, but I do plan on having a new plan for it shortly. Gonna change it over to an LLC... gotta read up on that.
