I called ebay tuesday explained i was in texas, she said she was working on my acct they would help blah blah
as of this morning i was at 16% late
about 30ish canceled orders ( garage flooded, boxes of diapers got wet, few randoms here that i couldnt replace )
and 8 negative feedbacks

at this point, they have already " temporarily suspended me "
Im going to call, give them my reference number
i really dont want another acct, i was at 11k listings or 100k in sales. damn this sucks, and yes it was only acct

You don't want another account, then keep fighting for this one....but how do you plan to make money while you fight with ebay? Reminds me of a member of this forum who once said, "I only need 1 good account".....There's no such thing.

I know, and thank you, im still going to fight for this one, and start a back up, i was told this many times, just a shame, to lose it for natural disaster.

Trust me, I totally get and understand but you should get to making some accounts.....fighting Ebay or PP can drag out for a long time. I stopped fighting with ebay after 4 months. Luckily I had already built up 10 accounts and didn't bother looking back.

Drop the money on one of those 5k/$50k accounts and you could have your old selling limits back (higher limits than before if done properly) within 6 months. It's easy to play the selling limit system and get raises almost every month. When I first read your post I thought you had 11,000 active listings. Now that would have been a tragic loss.
