NEW IP address via NEW Windows user account
 

So i have Windows 10 and I did read the stealth book few years back and recall that if I create new Windows user account it will have fresh ip address right?

I don't need a vpn correct?

Its mainly to create a ebay stealh BUYER account so i'm thinking it will be less of a security.

If not, do i need VPN? I'm using my home network but also go to other places (and I know its not good for selling but buying I think it may be ok)

Please let me know if this is ok for new ip address via new windows account.

I guess to follow up on this. Making new user account in windows doesn't change ip. Now my memory is refreshed i think i had to change mac address correct?

Can someone confirm this?

So all three accounts *buyer ebay accounts i made with 3 separate windows user accounts using same home network had same ip address.

Guess i need to get VPN?

Why would creating a new windows user account change your IP...? the service provider doesnt change and your network setting do not change - no reason for there to be a new IP address there.
What you need is a proper IP solution. A VPN can be one such solution but if you live in the US you have much more cost effective solutions - such as a Flashed MiFi device.

Right, a new user account on your PC does not give you a new IP address. That has to do with your internet service provider.

You can use a VPN if you like or change your local IP address.

I did pay NORDvpn 10 a month but seeing there is free vpn's out there I think its probally all blacklisted. Keep in mind Im using it for buying not selling so i think creating account at a cafe is all that is needed?

Your so right... I just got flagged because my main account had paypal issues so i think all the other accounts (2 additional) had same IP which is why it got linked when buying. I sold fair amount of items from dropshipping on ebay so it would be nice to keep this going.

Please note its been awhile since doing stealth so of course i know new user account doesn't produce new ip but just totally forgot..

I mean i was about to get a gift card at walmart, go to mcdonalds and make 4 purchases on ebay same day. But buyers get limits too so next day i wasn't able to but day after i got some feedbacks and I think that helped me to make little more purchases.. Then i think it got linked all ip addresses was same.
