Just for laughs, What is the average monthly cost you bear to Initially start and continue a eBay & Paypal account? Including things like IP Adresse's Or Tethering costs and Virtual mailing addresses or P.O. Boxes Etc...

Every aspect of e-commerce is easier in Hong Kong lol. I'm curious how one makes an account without spending any money on at least phone service, unless you've got an army of people working for you with cell phones.

Not ideal, this creates IP linkage. If you still don't care, you can run them on same IP anyways...don't listen to me..

They don't link by IP alone. I've been doing this for years and none of my stealth's have ever been linked. Accounts are separated into VM's so cookies are isolated.

It's an unpopular opinion. And those who sell VPN's will say I'm stupid - because they want your money. It works for me.

To put it simply, you should recoup all these monthly costs within the few days of each month if your doing moderately well on each account.
