How do i go about getting an EIN? Or SSN for that matter for a stealth account?

SSN, you can steal someone's identity or an EIN which is probably easier. Visit the IRS website for EIN.

OP probably isn't a US citizen. That's the only way for the question "how do I get an SSN?" to make any sense.

@OP - I think it's easier for those without a birth-given SSN to get an ITIN from the IRS rather than an EIN. If you're a US citizen it's easy - just go apply.

You should look into opening a LLC Corp and obtaining an EIN that way. Much safer and you would not get imprisoned for ID theft.

That's one of this forums biggest problems, people use the US Flag but in reality they are in other Countries....they need to use the flag of the Country they reside in.
