Ssn verification by PayPal

I have seen selling on ebay for a long time now using stealth accounts and i never had a problem until last week when paypal asked me for documents like ssn,id,proof of address.i was planning to get ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ssn done on the name ok the stealth account so i can submit it.so i can get the limitation lifted.do you think those documents will go through the verification process.
