Hey, Im tryijng to run about 4 Ebays,
What is the cheapest way to do this? I usually use fresh IPs from 24vc but they are expensive, 30 bucks for each iP
need something cheaper that works
Does 24vc do sometype of discount?

tbh 30$ is really cheap for what you'll be making in the long run.
i would not risk to the cheap VPN/proxy services and get my accounts banned/suspended, and possibly be linked to the other ebay stealths?
Does 24vc do sometype of discount?
i also wish they have this discount :D

You can use your home/office internet connection, as well as MiFi/USB Data dongles - but of course with those you'll need to keep track of IPs. This is usually the most cost effective solution.
As for VPN, I doubt you'll get a worthwhile discount for 4 services. You'd need to be running a lot more taking into account how cheap they are already.

Use your cell phones data connection by mobile hotspot. Toggle airplane mode to change IP but you have to log ip's with a spreadsheet so you don't cross IP's on multiple accounts.
If your phone doesn't allow mobile hotspot you can root the phone with TowelRoot. Its a one click root apk that works on most economy phones. Then buy the app WiFi Tether Router.
If TowelRoot doesn't work you can delete the apk, no damage done to the phone.

Does it matter if your IP is different every time when logging into an eBay account?

24vc has an annual discount. I believe their annual rate ($9.95/month) is currently higher than IPbooger but they may be willing to negotiate with you.
24vc offers a "VIP discount" of 10% for those with 5 or more subscriptions. (correct me if I'm wrong, 123, but I believe this is still accurate)
Either your flag isn't accurate or you're using a different country's eBay/PP. 24vc's month-to-month subscription for USA IP's is $20, not $30

If so how you do it?

Also what i was thinking is what if you buy a Static IP with a vps for example .With a Static IP mean that none else is using it at this time right?
If yes then you can check on google if this ip was used in the past?

Activity: 0% Longevity: 45% | | Re: IPs , Managing mutiple eBays Static IP means it never changes. Dynamic IP is one that changes. You can get a VPS with either one. Most VPS's have a static IP that never changes though.
Forget about worrying if the IP was used in the past. 24vc and IP burger both sell IP's that have been used with EB & PP before. You have to pay extra for one that hasn't (and you have to take their word for it since you could never prove if it has or not)
IP alone will not link accounts....
The only thing you might have to worry about is data centers that are well known for scammers. Then EB & PP might block the entire subnet. e.g. 55.55.55.01 - 55.55.55.255

if the only thing that is similar between 2 accounts is that the same IP has been used before it will not cause a link.
Now, if both computers are using Windows 7 with Chrome browser and the account is in the same zip code with the same last name and selling the same items you have a good chance of being linked by using the same IP.
IP is one of the easiest things not to cross on accounts so its strongly advised not to.
Are you familiar with a terminal in Linux? If so make your own VPN.

which is just some BS, I could understand if u pay 10 dollars one time for the very first account you ever make, but for each time u make a new IP is ridiculous,
