Any tips on how to stay organized with multiple eBay & Paypal accounts?

Separate user accounts or virtual machines for each stealth account named after the account holder, eBay username or niche they sell in so you can differentiate between them with a notepad file saved to each desktop with all the relevant account details. I also have a physical file in my office with a hard copy of the account details, backup of the virtual machine and the sim card for each stealth account

You can also use todoist to keep tasks and accounts in one place synced between your devices.

Microsoft excel is your friend. Keep a spreadsheet and back it up on an external hard drive.

I agree, MS Excel is excellent and is what I use.
It's simple, scaleable, and you can customize it in infinite ways according to your needs.

I have all my accounts on 5x7 index cards with all the information on them. Names, addresses, Paypal and ebay login info, DOB, phone #'s, passwords, VBA, VCC., security questions, etc.

I found a nice little holder that has different sections in it. I have a section for "active" accounts, "aging" accounts, and "suspended" accounts. I keep all information there and take it with me everywhere.

I am about to take a photo of all these index cards and keep it electronically in case I lose it.
