i just got suspended Permanently on eBay
 

Hello guys !
i am new to this business model , i have 3 months since i've started !
i did good , ( 148 positive feedback + 0 negative + top rated saler badge ) without any problem with my customers , but i've got suspended permanently because of a trademark violation ):
i tried to solve the problem with eBay support but they don't give me a ***

Please there is a service out there that can get my account back? don't recommend me a stealth account , because i've created 1

Once eBay decides they won't unsuspend you, there is really nothing you can do. You can beg, whine, or even threaten to take legal action- they just DO NOT care.

Both eBay and PayPal can care less about you or your business.

Sadly, the only "service" to help you get your account back will just separate you from your money. They can't do anything differently than what you can do yourself.

Take Emprestate's advise and build backups NOW. That's you only real alternative at this point.

Yep, you're done. Start over with stealth.

Somebody was on here bragging about dozens of trademark violations a few days ago, but this is the bitter reality of the matter.

That account is dead and theres no bringing it back.
Try to learn from the experience and move on.
Be sure to create multiple accounts next time ready to go as backup - never put all your eggs in one basket.

Im going to agree with you, i live in texas, my stealth showed california, however my paypal was mailed to me in texas, i only used paypal shipping,
my acct was suspended, due to destroyed merchandise, late shipments,
i spent a week talking to ebay, sending them nasty emails, speaking to supervisors, as of today that acct is still suspended,
i told them i was with my sick dad until he passes, and didnt change address since im moving home after he passes.. i told them check all my tracking numbers that shows i was right in the line of hurricane..
nope.. even though the email they sent ' we have your back, vacation mode your shop, free shipping supplies to help rebuild your store, no pings on negative feedback, etc
*** before that i was 1 day shipper, top rated seller, 0 negatives
the week before hurricane i just got limits raised to 11k items or 117k
i didnt have back ups, HURTS like a B*tch, im back to slow and steady

Ok, let me ask you this... if stealth is the only way and it's the best way, would you still not be open to it?

You created 1.... ONE stealth account and looking at what you said, you didn't actually operate your business correctly. Stealth or no stealth if you keep doing what you do, you are not going to survive.

And no... anyone who guarantees you can get your account back is just out there to get your money.

And NO, they won't give you your account back. Period, end of discussion.
