I had an mc011 restriction. My container shipment was delayed due to random customs check and i had 3 cases closed against which put me below standard. One of the cases the customer received their item after case was closed against me. The post office did not scan package until it arrived his local post office. I wrote ebay and ask them to reverse it and they declined and hit me with mc011. I have attached email details below. Has anyone had such specific situation before? the account is stealth and I do not have ID, but i can get invoices and bills, though they have not asked for this. They just asked me to resolve all issues. ANy advice or help will be appreciated.
