If people really want to Not pay Taxes forever then become a "Secured Party" "UCC" UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE. You have to know your laws and rights when venturing into this decision. This stuff is no joke. Look it up.

$20,000 a year is it? I thought PayPal was demanding everyone's social security number for a lot less than that already.

Oh and the IRS's requirement, I think allows you to give PayPal a tax ID number instead of your social whereas paypal wants your social for its own purposes.
