Is 21 day hold still required outside of ebay?

I have not made a stealth in a long time. Im now just starting to run low.

Does paypal still hold funds for 21 days on NON ebay purchases for new accounts in Canada?

Not that it really matters much, just curious.

yes it will go on hold unless payment come from big sites like freelancer, fiverr etc

small payments under 15 dollars not often get hold. but bigger ones surely does

Its in PayPal's TOS. Its basically their money if they decide to do that. At least until you call in a bunch of times.

All if my $2-3 payments go on hold for a short period of time (not 21 days). Is that the same thing being discussed here?

It may or MAY not get held.....no one is going to give you a 100% accurate answer. You are going to have to find out for yourself.
