Just wandering if you can use multiple stealth PayPal account on 1 fresh dedicated IP address instead of having to use multiple VPN's for each different PayPal?

Remember phaz that new ppl may not have the same experience you have with operations so it's easier for ppl to learn stealth and do 1 per 1

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. Perfectly valid point, rsot.

I like jumping into these threads to remind people it's not impossible to run multiple accounts on one VPN if accounts are properly separated. A lot of the paranoia around IP address is a VPN sales tactic.

We need the OP to confirm how he wants to access the internet when he creates new accounts.

We need his idea of what a fresh IP means.

For many many experienced users fresh IP means a new unused IP not necessarily related to VPN
It is that simple.

I use a VPS with a small "pool" of ipv4 addresses. It's not many- it's a /29 which is 5 usable, and are consecutive. I have each windows profile (user account) use one of respective IP's.

There were more than a few times I "recycled" those same addresses later on (maybe several months later) with new accounts and never ran into a problem.

Links don't happen by IP alone, but if you are actively using several account simultaneously on the same IP's, I don't think it's doing to work too well.
