Just got totally screwed by an eBay rep
I logged into one of my accounts and found a very unusual amount of complaints over a few products. All were new accounts and one particular one contacted support. The rep has instantly decided on the buyers favor for a non-delivery case when the case was open and closed on today. Then, at the bottom of the comments, they simply put “listing removed”. So, not only does it ping my account for a defect of item not received, but they manually triggered a vero and 7 day suspension. The rep basically abused the policy to trigger the system. How can they get away with falsely defecting your account and never contacting the seller about an issue. They buyer didn’t even contact me.
