I have to call eBay to get my limits raised again since it doesn't look like they are going to do it automatically this time. What information will I need when I call? I like to be prepared.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
As far as I remember you need name, dob, and address.
They will ask you what you sell and where you get the items from. Then they'll check the account and if everything is cool and you got good standing, and it's more than a month since they last raised your limits, they'll go ahead and raise the limits. Be friendly and professional, shouldn't be a prob.
They usually just ask you to verify your name and address and maybe DOB, so they can make sure you are the account owner. Then they'll ask about how your sales are going, whether or not you're keeping your own inventory, if you plan to grow or stay the same size. Stuff like that.
