Transferable selling allowance - ebay site switching

Does anyone know if the selling allowances is transferable once you are switching ebay site?

I mean, that if I buy stealth USA account with high selling limit and after few weeks I will change the registration site & address to the UK one, will I keep the high selling limit?

Under the circumstances you've described I can't imagine your account would survive such a transition.

Why? You can always move from one country to another one. The question is if the selling allowances will be transfered as well.
