Running someone's else's ebay account
 

Hi

My friend wants me to run his Ebay account, I have logged in from the same country as him, there has been phone verification twice, no problem. But as soon as I make a listing there is a email through saying "we have cancelled your listings as we believe your account has been accessed fraudulently" etc, and "we have removed the link between your ebay and paypal account"

What's the correct way to do it?

Well, they figured that you are not the actual account owner based on the cookies and history, IP, etc...

I have always wondered if you're actually a bot

I know why the account get's flagged, i'm looking at the best way of logging in from elsewhere. Account sellers advice would be most welcome since, they are transferring accounts to people

Ask him to export his cookies to you and then import them on your system
Make sure your using a decent IP

You need to log in and browse regularly for a good week or so before creating listings. The alternative as James has said is to import cookies (if possible).
