Sometimes when I'm browsing eBay website, a file gets downloaded..

I wonder what it is...

I get them constantly. Mostly when responding to offers. Always opens up as a blank file.

There've been discussions about this in the past, and somebody knew, but I don't recall what the conclusion was, I don't think it was anything nefarious or problematic, if you try search it will probably pop up. :)
