How to listing "LAST ONE" on EBAY?

I see some one seller list item on ebay with notice " Last One" quantity. Every time, always LAST ONE.

I’m sure if you only put 1 item in quantity then that should show last one on your listing.

You need to have some sales on this specific item before notifies people as LAST ONE.
But why are you interested about ?
